I quit smoking months ago and finally got my mother to quit alongside me. Now I can’t believe how ridiculous I was when I smoked. And it’s true, I ended up losing weight ultimately because I was more concerned about my health and wasn’t nibbling all the time like when I was smoking. I don’t feel out of breath. And life just seems a little brighter without being dependent on such a nasty habit.
