if you’re first starting out, i recommend a layout generator, like killerkiwi. It’s good for if you just want a little color, and you can use the code to start learning HTML. the HTML cheatsheet is useful to learn what the different codes mean. a step up from html is css. css does some fancy things that html cant, like color in the scroll bar. this css tutorial is a great one. it lets you practice after every lesson.
