My anxiety has improved dramatically since I stopped casually doing drugs.

this morning, at 3.30am. I have to be in a very particular mood to do anything at all. And so it was such that the ‘now or never’ mood drove me to go jogging into the dark, unknown and questionable area that I have so recently moved into.
Another reason for running at 3am is that very few people are around to see me jiggling along the pavement like an overripe tomato!
It didn’t go too badly, I must say. I expected to topple over clutching my insides after a mere five minutes. I did feel disgustingly wobbly and unfit, but I managed to run for around twenty minutes all in all.
Hopefully I can fit in some running on Tuesday. I pray that I can stick to some form of routine.
Must eradicate overly-feminine jigglyness.
