Tomorrow I will:
- Wake up happy and refreshed with a clear mind, not a sunken heart
- Remember how beautiful I am inside and out
- Repeat positive affirmations to myself
- Smile, be playful and focus on my happiness
- Eat healthily, drink merrily and enjoy the company I have
- Be kind to myself and others

This is so important to me right now, I am so needy and don’t like being completely alone due to my breakup, but I need to learn to not attach to things/people for comfort.

So so so difficult :(



Go on a man diet for 4 months (no men for 4 months)

I’m newly single but really need to focus on my mind and my body, not on men.

Just when I start getting good again, one comes along and ruins my progress.

So no men for 4 months!
