Doctor prescribed me some cream for my current spots, its working. They should be gone in a few days.
Been drinking lots and lots of water and continuing a mapped out skin routine to prevent spots. :)
soooon, i will have completed the clear skin goal, then I just have to keep it up!

It’s my second day on working on this goal and I have to admit, I have good willpower!
Yesterday I drunk 8 glasses of squash/cordial so that’s pretty good I think. And today I’m aiming for 8 and so far i’m on my 7th and it’s nearly 6pm.
Okay, so i’m not drinking pure water, but I am drinking mostly water with a hint of cordial/squash and they say that’s acceptable. I’m starting to feel the benefits already, i’m feeling less tired, my skin is becoming smoother (another goal!) and well, my pee is clear. :) and that’s a sign of health!
i’m gonna keep doing this strict routine for a few more weeks then i’ll slow down abit and hopefully I should automatically pick up glasses of water!

My skin isn’t the worst on this planet. But it’s not the best either.
I am slim, and don’t put on weight when I eat junk, so I probably eat too much junk for my healths own good for that reason that I don’t get fat. All the oil seems to go into producing spots. On average I have about 5 red spots, not too big but not attractive. Then I cover with makeup (concealer, foundation, powder).
My skincare regime is okay, I use TZONE facial cleanser once a day, but i’m going to start using it more often. I also remove my makeup at night and use a toner, cleanser wipe in the morning along with oil free moisturiser. I would say that my skin is normal/combination. It only really gets dry if i’m in the sun alot, but it can be treated easily. I wouldn’t say it’s oily particulary, apart from the spots.
I get spots mainly on my forehead (towards the side) and on my cheeks and chin. I just want them to be gone, I’ve got to the stage where I can’t leave the house without foundation. And i’m only 15!
I want to sort this out as soon as possible, so I’m going to drink lots more water, and get some products that would be perfect for me (suggestions?). I also think I need to be a bit more careful about my diet and take a more precise skin routine (again, any suggestions?).
I’m doing this goal for me. I’m not picked on or anything, I just want to be more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I hope that this goal will help me as it’s written down and will actually motivate me, along with everyone else who’s pursuing it.
Clear skin, here I come!
