Hmmmm…. a lot has been said about weight loss. After reading all the entries on weight loss, i have come up with the following conclusion:
1. It is important to have a fixed deadline. Without deadline things go out of control. Therefore, I have fixed a deadline for myself. I intend to be 65 Kgs in one year. (target end date: 3 May 2010)
2. It is important to take care of small things that add weight. To accommodate this i have intend not to consume Soft Drinks and Potato chips (at first up to the target date but with determination to continue avoiding them even after target date)
3. It is important to check the progress. Therefore I intend to post here at least once a week.
I believe, the issue of will power is linked to faith. If i practice to have greater faith on the existence of good forces (GOD), the will power to do something will go up.
