I used to be super good about getting up every morning and getting to the gym before work. That meant getting up around 5am. It wasn’t every really hard, I just stopped and can’t really bring myself to start again. So, I have almost completely said forget the early morning workout. I just need to find a consistent time after work.

I, for the first time in who knows how long, got rid of some things that I don’t need. I filled a bag up with old clothes and shoes! It felt grrrrr-reat!
