I’ve been struggling with this for the past 15 years (since I was 14) but I’m doing a lot to help myself. I’m not eating past 6pm, I’m eating more meat and protein and less carbohydrates, I’m drinking a lot of water, I’m in Overeaters Anonymous, I read bingeeatingtherapy.com daily for inspiration and I feel as though I’m beating it.

Most people say to write every morning for a few hours. That’s not how I got it done. I binge wrote and that’s what worked for me.
I took myself on vacation. I went to a hotel for a week and wrote straight. Then a few weeks later, I had time off and spent every day in a cafe, like it was my fulltime job and wrote. It was very worthwhile, now i’m trying to publish it.
