I am so addicted to candy I can’t help eating it. I don’t eat meals I just eat candy. I have to stop

I can not study harder because i either dont know how tostudy or something. Everytime I think I studied really hard soon as I take the test I forget it and I don’t get the grade to show how hard I studied. Can you help?
