damn, I lost 10 lbs and I think I’m S.O.L. Maybe I run too much. I am doing good on taking my vitamins though.

damn, I lost 10 lbs and I think I’m S.O.L. Maybe I run too much. I am doing good on taking my vitamins though.
Got a good full one last week! That means about once every 3 months, which is much better. Gained a few pounds recently, maybe that is helping. But I always forget my vitamins.
I feel like such a little girl without it being regular. It is something to do with when I became vegan and dropped 10lbs. I thought it was iron or B12, but I got a blood test and the doctor said I was good. So confused :S
What I will try:
1. Take my vitamin supplements every day and eat more raw foods.
2. Get more protein.
