Getting there... 2 days ago

I’ve been to the gym Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week!! :D I feel stronger and able to workout for longer periods of time ;)
To say this is complete:
+ weigh 130 or less
+ have nice arms
+ thighs more toned



Daily: Reflect on 5 things for which I'm grateful. (read all 248 entries…)
I was grateful today: 4 days ago

1. for getting in a Zumba workout plus some running on the treadmill, starting to find a meditative quality about running on the treadmill.
2. for another call for another interview, keep options open
3. for the Biggest Loser, gives me motivation during the week to resist temptation and lose the weight
4. for feeling so good lately about my body and the changes that exercise and eating better is doing.
5. for hope.



Make 2009 My Best Year Yet (read all 30 entries…)
Plans for November, (hopefully I follow them :P) 5 days ago

1. get a job!:
Rock the interview on Wednesday


2. start knitting Christmas gifts:
start knitting the socks once I am done the scarf, finish the scarf soon!


3. read 2 books:
Already begun the first of the two books, just read almost every night and I should get this done easy.


4. finish knitting my scarf =):
Knit a bit each day.


5. weigh 145lbs
eat well, and less, exercise 3x/week like I have been.


6. go 7 days min PF
find some other stress releases!


7. finish the coloring
not many pages left, just keep at it


**8. accomplish one goal from my list each week!
pick a goal on Sunday from my list (of 43things) and focus on it!
