Lose 10 pounds
Lose 10-15 lbs. in two months 2 years ago

I’ve always been “chubby”.

I hate that word. People always tell me if I lose my baby fat I’ll look better. I’m not happy with how I look. I envy girls who can wear anything they want, be fashionable, while I’m stuck looking like a guy. It’s as if I’m confined to being “chubby”.

I want to live. And I want to be the real me. The only way to express myself is to gain confidence. I have to equip myself. Life’s too short to be fugly.

After I lose weight I plan to shop for clothes and get my hair done. I ‘d also like to have clearer skin.

I’m taking control of my life. Two months is perfect and I can reveal the new slimmer me in the coming new year.

I plan to stick to the after 6 diet. Or at least not snack after 7. I’ll try to exercise 3 times a week an hour per session. I want a long lithe, graceful body and I’ll get it.
