Swim to get fit

I have put on weight and got out of shape so doing aerobics like I used to is really very hard and painful on my joints. I have started brushing up on my swimming skills with an instructor since it’s been a loooooong time since I was confidant in the water. I’m now trying to swim lengths and build up my stamina. Front crawl is the hardest. I would like to be a strong, competent, regular swimmer and claim back my health!
