We have made 5 offers on homes and have still not gotten one! We felt like nothing was changing, so we decided to go with a different real estate agent. We are now making our 6th bid on a home! This should be easy, right? Man…this luck of ours sucks!
We got pre-approved 2 weeks ago. We are going to go see homes today. I have a feeling that we will find out home today! I really hope we find some good options for our dollar!
We meet with the bank this Wednesday to see if we can get a loan. After which, we have to take a class from Cal Pers and then we can get our loan. Why must it be so long?
Either way, we are getting closer.
