Must reclaim my fitness to endure upcoming schedule of work and school. Into my third week of thrice-weekly workouts and never once looked for progress. Just finishing my routine is reward enough.

Selected an ancestry service that tries to close the loop between family history in America and genetic history in Africa. Expensive but have started saving. Expect to authorize the service to begin research within 2 years.
