My school works with the red cross to do blood drives twice a year. I was finally able to give it this year, so I got up the guts and did it.
The experience was horrible (the nurse got blood on my arm.. don’t ask me how, and I got real sick too) but I think that it was just a one time thing. If I go to the red cross center, I’m sure it would be better.
Kudos to everyone who gives blood!

Not that yoga isn’t great, but it just didn’t do it for me. I did yoga for about a month, at least 5 times a week. Since I meditate and fence, doing yoga wasn’t really breaking into new territory.
I suggest doing it, by all means. It just didn’t work for me. I think I’ll try pilates next, and see where it goes from there.

I have two very separate scenarios. But, I need help with both..
1. Someone is sXe for 3 years. Then is suffering extremely bad depression, and does some things once or twice. Then, realizes what is happening and gets help. Once they’ve been on medication for awhile they realize that they don’t want drugs (even the medical kind) in their body and stop. Are they/Can they be sXe?
2. Wine tasting.. You just swirl the wine in your mouth and don’t actually ingest any. Does it count against you if your sXe though?
