How I did it: I waited a long time, about two years because I got the idea when i was around 16. I turned 18 years old five days ago and I got it done last night. I'm definitely glad I waited. The place I went to was clean, professional and very friendly. I hardly felt anything at all but the swelling afterward was killer.Talking was hard last night and I'm pretty hungry as I haven't eaten many solid foods today. Milkshakes and ice are your friends! I got it a while ago but then someone stole it. :( Ah well, it was still pretty cool while I had it. I’m getting another and just going to be more careful with it!

I thought i was going in for just a trim, but then i said to the hair stylist “hack it all off.” It took her about a minute to cut all of it and she said “damn girl, you gotta lot of hair!” It felt great.
