Don’t look at diet books/magazines. Before you eat, stop yourself and ask yourself are you hungry or feeding emotions. If it’s the later, go for a walk or talk to a friend and come back and eat whatever you want when you feel better. Your body will naturally make healthy choices when you become more comfortable around food. I only lost 10lbsbut I feel great and have learned to accept the way I am and have realised that I am actually the same size as my “skinnier” friends. Be wary of distorted body image! BMIs can be dangerous too. Mine states that I’m obese, right now even! Look at my pics…I’ve even thrown in a dreaded “full length” pic of me at a fancy dress!
