Doctor Implanting Chips With Advertising Into Newborn Babies

So there’s a crooked(?) doctor who implants chips into newborn babies with advertising in them. The chips influence the child as it grows up.

Also, the parents are ok with this as they do not have to pay anything and can get babies customised to suit the way the kid wants to grow up.
