this is something i would like to do in the next 5 years… probably by the time im 30. its something that will take an incredible amount of planning. the perfect plan is to have 2 healthy babies. i’m 100% that one day i’ll be a mom… it would be interesting to keep this goal on this list and to keep this list going till that time!!
for now, i’ll just continue to watch “jon & kate plus 8”. ;)
i was super healthy at the beginning of the year, then went on a non-healthy hiatus since my trip back home to visit my friends. i “cheated” and ate some ribs on my bday and that was the end of it!
i did so well with food and working out for so long, i kept telling myself that i could afford to eat all this bad stuff.
now its two months later and i need to jump back on the healthy wagon.
a square meal 3 times a day and working out made me feel 100x better than i do when i eat junk and not work out.
