So… it has been a long horrible while but i’m back… ad i feel that it is with a vengence this time!
not only fall off track with losing weight but i gained about 20 pounds… and i have done the (what i thought) un-do-able!!! i hit and passed the 300lb mark! and i feel worse than horse crap! but i’m gonna try to turn this around and WELD AND GLUE myself back on track!
so i’m gonna start over…
I am a total of 308lbs
i want to lose a total of 160lbs (which is another person) i am starting TODAY 2/24/08 8:09pm.
I refuse to gain another pound!
and to really give myself an extra push… i have purchased a tredmill and i have set my self up on a plan of at least walking and jogging for an hour a day… 30-45 minutes in the morning and again at night.
if anyone out there has any pointers, suggestions, cheers or anything please feel free to send a message.
Start weight: 308lbs.
Goal weight: 160lbs.
Total estimated time: 17 months.
1st goal: 290 lbs

i now actually have a couple of BI friends… that i have meet and some that have came out to me… i support them 1000% ;-)
