Looking Fine by 2009 14 months ago

as i was having my regular dose of blog hopping, i happened to hop on dailymishmash.com. what actually caught my attention was the banner. who wouldnt want to look fine by 2009 or ealier? hahaha!

im actually in search of a support group. some people to share a common goal to inspire me and to keep me on track. some of my roomies (ehem nalyn, siko claudine) were used to be my “fitness partners” but since they are an airplane away..im doing the online thingy and surely this 2 could also give me a pat on the back for this new project. u better do bessies..hahaha!

actually, its not just merely looking good on the outside but feeling much better inside. honestly, i have a low self esteem. no matter how much pep talk i went through it still boils down to looking a little better on the outside. dont get me wrong that i dont receive much loving. i do. its just that we all have a little personality problem. this one is one of those little personality problems that i have. heheh!

i hate how my metabolism is quite slow so no matter how little i eat i still gain much. i exercise much (in my own definition..*winks) but i still lose little lbs. these are the times that i wanna agree that life is unfair. oopss..forget negatvism. im setting my best foot forward on this project.

because i was taught how to make a SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely) goal. im making one for this project: Weigh at least 110 lbs before jan 1, 2009. interventions to follow. hehe! so please im asking u all to help me on this project. help can be a little cheer, a little tap on the back, a little weight lost secret,a little reminder to keep me on track or some supplies of fit and right and fab l-carnitine drinks but no fitrum please. hehehe! or you could also join me on my our way to looking fine by 2009. lets all together do it..
