I am loving my slow cooker! Saves money and time. I just throw veggies and broth in the cooker and I’m good to go with a weeks worth of lunches or a couple nights of dinner for friends. So much healthier too!

I have secured about 200 toothbrushes/toothpaste and dental floss for the foster kids in our office. It is always about who you know!

I don’t watch much tv, but it is nice for movies…Bigger sometimes is a little bit better.
I am sending in my application today to start volunteering with Bailey Boushay’s Adult Day health program. It seems to be the most flexible of the volunteering programs I have been considering. I should start in January!
I did well and felt great! i cut out dairy, caffeine, sugar, and fried foods for two weeks.
the experimental college at UW has some good classes. I’m planning on completing this goal come fall.
I actually really like running outdoors. i had always enjoyed being on the treadmill, but the outdoor air really feels nice. I actually like running in the rain. I have found that this activity is perfect for clearing out all the chaotic energy I gather throughout my workday.
you know, i think I am definitely doing this and you know it’s totally worth it.
