How I did it: Practice - lots of it. I had a friend to correct my mistakes, but then at the end of the day it was all about practice. The most tricky part to learn in swimming is breathing. Once you learn how to breathe, things become easy.Second part of swimming - treading water. This was easy - saw a youtube video and tried to emulate what I saw. I wasn't very successful the first day but did it in my second day. Maybe treading is an incidental … Read how I did it…
How I did it: The list ended with two books completely out of expectations, but nevertheless too good - The Fight Club by Chuck Palahnuik [Simply AWESOME]Slaughterhouse-five by Kurt Vonnegut [Nice one]There is nothing I can say about how to complete this goal. But yeah, I preferred thinner books to some extent :D Read how I did it…
How I did it: Ran a half marathon, with having run a maximum distance of 6km previously. Kept it slow and steady. Surprisingly did it (with a 10-sec break for some water).Took 2 hours, 5 mins and 25 secs. Read how I did it…

As I have mentioned before, I don’t have genetically good calves. They have absolutely no shape, not even a slight bulge beneath the knees.
I do run a lot but that doesn’t seem to help it even a wee bit. Any advice on how to get well toned calves? I would prefer doing weight-free exercises as I don’t like the idea of lifting weights.
My best attempt so far. Doing 100 pushups in one stretch is not so easy. In the beginning it looked almost impossible thing to do but now it seems within reach.
Key: Keep doing pushups until you can’t lift yourself. And then start pushups going only half-way down. Continue till your arms give up.
I have reached a stage where I stop not because of lack of strength in my arms and chest but due to exhaustion. The goal seems within my grasp now.
