This winter I sat on my ass and felt sorry for myself. 3 weeks ago I started training for a 5K. I plan to run one at the end of April. I am slowly building up distance and speed and I really think i am getting some where. Not to mention working out other issues by hitting the pavement instead of obsessing. I feel better physically and mentally already.

I am following the couch to 5K plan that many people seem to do. I did day 1 of week 3 today and have to say I was surprised at how easy it was. I was anticipating the worst. We will see how everything progresses!

I am giving this one up. All I really want to do is lose 10 lbs which I think will make me more a solid 10, instead of a 10-12, rather than a size 8. Yeah wouldn’t being a single digit be great, but I just don’t think I could sustain it long term while still being emotionally healthy.



Figure out what I am doing five months from now (read all 3 entries…)
still the same

well I just stayed in my old job and nothing changed.
