Right now I consider myself to be pretty physically fit as surfing and ju-jitsu keep me in shape. I also work out just to get a strong core and practice yoga daily. The only bad habit I have is overeating and although I’m not overweight, if I keep eating the way I do now I will be.

So Worth Doing! If I feel stressed or just tired of the drama and other crap in my life or of course if I’m just in the mood to have an awesome time, surfing is always there for me. I live about an hour away from Ventura so I go there as often as possible and spend my days off work checking out new beaches. Surfing a wave is the most amazing, peaceful and exhilirating thing I’ve ever experienced and it always leaves me wanting more. It literally is like a drug.
