weight watchers! Its the only thing that has worked before. Sticking to my points and walking for 30 minutes each day. I also made a massive goal chart for my wall (which i never realised would be so important for motivation). I broke my one big goal down into 3 smaller goals so they’re easier to achieve. And i stay on track with a weekly weight in (i do that myself). So far so good, the points help you make healthy decisions like not putting sugar in your tea, and choosing brown bread over white, and cooking meat in low fat oil rather than high fat butter! I have so much confidence in myself, which apparently is the key to success! Good luck to everyone else who has the same goal!
i really want to have long hair. I wonder how long its going to take? Iv been wearing my hair really really short / shaved for years. I think its time to stop.
