Quit Smoking
I finally Quit!

I had started smoking on and off since I was sixteen, but I picked it up again and I had been smoking nearly a pack a day for half a year, and finally I just quit once and for all! For me…I just had to keep myself distracted…I was planning a trip to Portland, Oregon to meet a guy that I had been talking to for a couple years and I wanted to make a good impression, so I used it as an excuse to quit. That kept me distracted for a week. When I got back to Texas I basically hid for a week. I didn’t go party or hang out with any of my friends that smoked. Then I went on vacation to Florida with family who wouldn’t like it if I smoked so that kept me smoke free for another two weeks. Now it’s been a good three or four months without a cigarette! I want to thank my friends for saving me from my random drunk cravings <333 I feel 100% better without smoking. I am not heavily congested, nor do I get sick as easy. I do still have cravings, but not nearly as bad and they're getting easier to control.

You can do it guys! :] Keep trying! <33
