I lived in Costa Rica for 2 years back in the late 80s but haven’t gone back since. I mostly lived in San Jose and the surrounding suburbs. The people were friendly and helpful. I really liked the weather and had many fond memories of the place.

My boyfriend and I love dogs. So after our black labrador retriever was stolen last year we mourned for a while and didn’t know if we’d ever get another one. The thought of our heart getting broken again was devastating. But the house felt lonely without any critters so we bought another black lab. She is so sweet and we’re training her to be a hunting retriever dog. Its more responsibility b/c she’s still a puppy but its all worth it at the end of the day. Hurray to all the dog lovers out there!
I went from drinking two 20 oz regular cokes per day to drinking one 20 oz diet coke per day, then I would drink one coke zero per day and finally I just quit and subtituted with water. Now I don’t keep any soft drinks in my house and when I go to the convenience store I just go straight for the water, Gatorade or juice. It was difficult b/c of the killer headaches I had the first few days but I managed to fight them off with a cup of strong coffee. Good luck to all!
