woooo, im finally starting to get my ass in gear! hopefully going uni soon (if i get the grades :S) and am gonna sign up for camp america in sep! i’m going out a bit more than i used to as well, spending time with my friends and generally enjoying life! ooh i’ve also started volunteer work as well!

How I did it: i finished sixth form and for a while was kinda lazy which isnt abnormal but i got so fed up...now i make sure i make SOME plans for each week and try to go running most days and at least do one active thing during the day, im already started to feel more motivated and i stopped thinking of reasons not to do stuff and decided to just enjoy life! I’ve been trying to do this for ages
and the other day i just had an ‘epiphany type moment’ and started making some positive steps.
i got rid of the photos and things that i was holding onto…and I’m starting to feel a lot more positive.
i think I’m finally going to be able to do it this time :)
