How I did it: i started to throw crap away that i hadn't touched in months. which made space for the things that i use on a regular basis. it made me realize how much money i actually waste. Read how I did it…
i am totally hooked on the twilight saga.
who knew vampires could be so interesting.
since starting this journey last year i lost close to 20 pounds . . . but the last month of finishing up my bachelors and then spending 4 months trying to find a job in this crappy economy didn’t really encourage me to keep on track . . . as a result i gained about 10 pounds of it back.
i am still proud that i am smaller then when i first began, but now it is time to re-focus and get with the program. I am reading reading: 1) the best life diet and 2) dr. phil’s weight loss success plan. Both books stress to make small progressive changes to your lifestyle to have long-term results. it’s about living for today, and taking one step at a time . . . no fad dieting over here! i am much more interested in losing 1 – 2 pounds of body fat a week, than losing 10 pounds of water a week.
i am now done with school, and i have a job that starts tomorrow! with a more structured schedule, it will be so much easier to stay on track.
more blogs to come.
