How I did it: When N told me that she was going back to University to do a double degree in Paramedics/Nursing, the first thing I thought of was to make her a quilt to keep her warm while she was living away on campus..I called this quilt "A Coat of Many Colours" -something that she could wrap around herself....When I started to make Teddy Bears a few years back, I was having difficulty finding Chenille fabric. How I did it: My kindly neighbour arrived this morning with a car load of bulbs, which I transferred into my wheelbarrow. I grabbed a hoe, gardening gloves and a hose, and proceeded to dig up some garden beds and place the bulbs amongst our Japanese Garden, herb garden and one other bed.
