1 hour of pilaties or yoga (still yet to decide) everyday or every second day… starting tomorrow.



Use natural/home made products over chemical ridden store bought ones
Natural hair 5 months ago

Yesterday instead of washing my hair with shampoo I put coffee grounds in it for about 2hrs, unfortunately I did use conditioner. In a weeks time I plan to make a natural conditioner and perhaps try a natural shampoo instead of the coffee…

I’m 55kg.
About a year ago I started to loose weight through exercise.
6 months ago I stopped loosing weight (i was 55kg) and started exercising excessively. i still couldn’t lose weight.
In the past month i have gone from excessive excessive every day to next to none.

My goal now is to loose 5 kilos in 1 month with healthy eating and at least 30 minutes of exercise that raises my heart beat, 3-4 times a week.
