I started my diet on March 15 and I have lost about seven pounds since then, but My goal is to lose the last twenty pounds in three months, so I have March, April, and May and by June 1 I should be at my goal weight. I think this is a healthy amount of time to lose it, and I am planning on losing 2 – 3 pounds a week. I am exercising about an hour a day or more sometimes.

Now my hair if pretty long, but I havent cut it yet so the layers are still far apart, which I dont like becasue it makes my hair look thin and bad. But I will be able to trim 2 inches off pretty soon! probably next month or january.

I colored my hair last april in spring break of 2006 and have grown it out so far. It is more than half way grown out and I think in about 15 months or so it will grow all the way out without losing length.
