I want to eat 100% raw for 21 days.
Recently, I’ve been eating a lot of crap so I want to prove to myself that a different diet is not just possible, but even advantageous!
I don’t think I want to be 100% raw for ever, but I think 3 weeks of clean food will proof to be beneficial.
Also, I think of this as a preparation cleanse for my 100 day juice feast. In order not to go cold turkey on that and give up too quickly… :P
