okay, so maybe somtimes healthier might actually mean a diet…
i’ve been on the Mayo clinic diet for 1 week now—and no, not the fake internet one from the 50’s, the one actually suggested by the real Mayo clinic in chicago.

It's not so much of a diet as a 'eating like you always should have guide'. eat tons of fruits and vegetables, lower your carbs and protein/dairy a bit...and most importantly eat serving sizes. yep, if one serving size of croutons = 6 pieces, then 6 pieces go on my salad. its been making me realize exactly how unhealthy i have been eating...
anyways, so i week down, and i have to say i feel a lot healthier. still getting used to incorporating so many fruits and veggies into my diet, but besides that, ive been great. eating more now than i did before….just healthier things.
so i week down, and ive lost 9.5 lbs.
(insert applause here)
go me.
