basically 3 years ago

I want to get as much sleep as I need—wake up fully rested everyday. I used to do this when I didn’t have mandatory work hours. It was great. But now, basically, I’d have to go to sleep early and there’s so much I want to do.



encourage women to do monthly breast self-exams
for Michelle 3 years ago

A friend of mine wanted us (our friends) to do this very thing. She wanted to save at least one person the pain that she went through. Early detection is so important.

I think peppermintcream has a good idea there. Let’s invite more people.



find ways to save time
Hit the gym on the way home from work 3 years ago

Instead of going home, changing, then driving back out to the gym.
