It always seems like this never ending chore, cleaning my apartment. It isn’t that it is dirty, though I need to vacuum more, but mostly stuff just seems to accumulate and end up everywhere. Especially books and paper— like junk mail— and most especially the recycling. I may challenge myself to see how quickly I can finish. Probably not as soon as I think.

Learn another language, stimulate your mind

I read somewhere that one of the best ways to keep your brain active so that you don’t start losing your memory is to learn another language. Well, even though I am pretty sure I am not in that sort of danger, I still want to learn other languages. I think it will be very useful someday. I think I will start with Spanish, I am told that is the easiest.

Everybody’s heard it, right? You learn something new every day. I guess that’s true, at least partly. I’m about to find out since it’s one of my “things.”
