How I did it: Practice. And I got a teacher, he helped me out soooo much. You'll improve way faster, he/she also makes you want to go home and play.  Finger picking is harder so I settled with hybrid picking, but I'm sure eventually I'll start full on finger picking.  Read how I did it…
