I still don’t like to get water in my eyes and it took me until 2008, but I finally got comfortable with swimming. My stroke technique is awful but I’m not scared anymore. But I’m still leaving this up, since I want to learn new strokes and to do them with more coordination.

Change of Plans!

I did pilates 2 times a week for eight months. And then…I moved again. Although I am looking for a studio, my priorities have changed a little and I’m not sure if I want to pay the ridiculous prices for classes. Looks like I’ll have to try to do pilates at home. Wish me luck!
Two months and counting

I’ve been back doing pilates two times a week now since January. It feels so good. I was a little nervous about going to a new studio—am I going to be good enough for the intermediate class, what if it isn’t hard enough…etc. But now I’m a regular and my fears are gone.
