A couple hundred bucks for a new drive + approx. 15 minutes install time = quiet & happy Tivo with mega-recording capacity. Well worth it, esp. since the new Tivos will all come with monthly subs, and I’m keeping this one running for free as long as possible.
We had to run to the store to buy some tennis balls, but I finally got to play, at the prompting of someone who had never even played tennis before, no less. Thankfully, he has hand-eye coordination, so it all worked out quite well!
