I think I used to have a fear of being alone. Now I can not imagine my life without alone time. I have taken trips on my own but, even just spending a day relaxing at home is a welcome escape. There are always going to be “down” days but, for the most part I really enjoy my own company.

I have had this on my list for awhile now. Recently this has become more important then ever. I started a new career which I am having a hard time getting started. I am not bringing in the money I used to but, my spending habits haven’t changed. I have been looking at some of the other entrys and am definately going to try some of the websites suggested. Hopefully I can get on track.
I sent in an application to Steiner. They are a company that hires for spa positions on most major cruise lines. I got an email yesterday offering different dates and cities to have an interview. I sent in my preferred date and place. They will be contacting me in a few weeks with more details. I am very excited about this prospect. I have a lot of student loans and not having to pay rent, utilities and all that will help a ton. I have been reading a lot online that makes me a little nervouse though. I understand I will be working long hours, but I read somewhere that you work 7 days a week. Do you really not get any sort of day off? anyone work in the spa on a cruise ship? I’d love to hear some first hand experience.
