It’s hard for me to understand the people that don’t do it. One of you people is my husband though, haha. Fortunately, he was diagnosed with gum disease recently and had to do 3 special un-fun deep cleanings – and I say fortunately because now finally he’s starting to try to brush his teeth at night. At least occasionally. It hasn’t become a regular thing yet though.
And here’s another reason for girls, besides getting gross teeth and losing your teeth – gum disease increases your risk for premature birth for your future children (if you have it when you’re pregnant).
So get out there and brush!
