This special one hour episode presents discussion of the global shift in consciousness. Topics relating to the concept of oneness, the emerging paradigm shift, and spiritual awakening are discussed.
More and more people are becoming aware of a shift in consciousness that is happening throughout the world. More people than ever before are awakening to heightened awareness, enlightened thought processes, enhanced spirituality, psychic acuity, and a sense of oneness with nature (with our world and its inhabitants.) Groups of people are coming together in all modalities (in meetings, online, and teleconferences) to share thoughts and move into action as the Spirit moves them to get involved in matters of world peace, wellness, and bringing about positive change. There is a shift in thinking from the old center focused on personal power to a global consciousness of the betterment of mankind, our environment, and our globe itself. Events are taking place and being planned throughout the world from a unified perspective that has never before come through with such clarity. There is a correlation between established and new groups and organizations without regard to self-interest, reflecting a harmonious genuine concern for the best interests of our planet and its inhabitants.
In this podcast, we discuss these topics. We share ideas about this amazing experience and information on how to find out more about many of the topics, resources, and events.

Allie loves the “Pay It Forward” attitude and movie and hopes that everyone will have the chance to share and experience this addage.
Allie has been touched by the video about “The Shift” and is delighted in the awareness, the shift that is all part of the greater good, the spiritual oneness and what that means to our children who are tomorrow’s hope for a healthier planet, a healthier lifestyle and a shift in positive energy.
“The Shift” moving coming out in 2008 reflects the movement in people’s thought processes to become spiritually more aware, aware of a higher power, which is the common denominator that binds us all. This reminds us that we are all connected. As we have this awakening, we feel like we need to do something to make this a better world.
You don’t have to be rich to understand “The Secret.” You don’t have to be a college-educated person with a phD to understand that when you think on a more positive level, and you put those actions into alignment with what you are wanting on a more positive level, those things will come to you. What you think about, you bring about.
With regard to people’s chakras and auras, you can see the shift in people’s energy when they start to learn how to meditate, how to cleanse their bodies, and how to put the nutrition back in so that they feel good and bring their bodies back to a more natural state. Meditation does that. It helps to bring the body back to a more natural state.
Many people are feeling a desire to learn to meditate. It isn’t a hard thing to do. Meditation is just relaxing, quieting your mind, and listening. When you sit and ponder and think about the future, you are meditating. When you sit in prayer, and you wait for an answer, you are meditating. When you are with your sweetheart for the day and you happen to sit by a pond for a little while, and you are both very quiet, not really talking talking to each other; you are contemplating, sitting there relaxing, that’s also another form of meditation. It’s not a deep meditation; but you are allowing your body to absorb the energy from being outdoors. It’s important for people to realize that anyone can meditate. Once you start to do that, you will notice another shift in your energy.
People are starting to come more into the holistic portion of medicine, to take some herbs or use some essential oils to bring their bodies back into a more natural state.
There’s a lot of information on holistic healing available online. You really only need a few books. You are your best guide. As you use the meditation process, quiet your spirit, and learn to listen to your heart, your heart will tell you what you need. Your body knows what you need. Let your heart guide you, your spirit guide you, your intuition guide you to those things that good for you. Always trust your gut instinct. Trust yourself. The one thing that everybody has to have, no matter what religion you are, is faith. Have faith in life, faith in yourself, faith in your friends and family.

One of our special guests is Marc Adrián (Marcos Adrián Villaseñor), discussing the Mayan Calendar and the shift in consciousness.
Author of the book, “INTERPRETATION OF THE MEXICA CALENDAR”: “A variant diagnosis of the Mesoamerican Calendar and the Precession Phenomenon”, Marc Adrián possesses an amazing intellect and a vast amount of knowledge regarding ancient calendar systems.
Marc Adrián has three MySpace Groups for discussion of these topics:
(1) Mayan Awakening – 2012 has become a symbol of consciousness expansion to go with the rapidly changing reality. This group’s interest is on the paradigm shifts and the post-2012 future.
(2) Mayan Calendar 2012 – The Long Count was created by the Olmec. Its end date has not been settled, but most researchers favor two end dates; the most popular has its beginingh on 11 August 3114 BCE and ends on 21 December 2012, the other correlation begins on 13 August 3114 BCE and ends on 23 December of 2012.
(3) The Singularity – Biological science may provide means to improve natural human intellect.
There is a shift in human consciousness going on. This shift, like everything in the universe, is synchronous and harmonious with other things happening. What we are seeing now is not only the spiritual aspect of our yearnings to understand the universe and change in the direction that we are heading, but also at a scientific level, we are seeing tremendous changes in the scientific paradigms; everything from neurological studies and how the brain works and how it relates to our spiritual experiences to astronomical paradigms.
The Mayans were extremely sophisticated mathemeticians, astronomers, and scientists. The calendar measures time in huge cycles; but it also creates a huge matrix of time on which all of these different cycles can be measured. Each cycle measures different things; astronomical movements, planetary movements; but also biological and social cycles. This calendar is an instrument to help us understand what is going on with our shifting societies, economies, and political situations.
Theories suggest that we are moving in a geometric progression where things are accelerating and complexifying at an increasing speed.
The calendar reflects this. As the Mayan Calendar comes to an end, it will be the beginning another cycle; but we have no idea what that cycle has in store for us. We do know that we are coming upon huge tremendous changes. As we are developing new spiritual paradigms and new ways of understanding our relationship to reality, understanding that our mind manifests reality, understanding that it’s our emotions and our thoughts that are the ones that bring our experience to us, and that, therefore, we can change this experience in our world. Science is also developing new paradigms and new ways of seeing and thinking about our place in the galaxies, our place in space, and our relationship to that place in space and how this is affecting or could affect us at every level. It’s not only a movement of spiritual transformation; but it’s a movement of scientific transformation. It’s apparently a movement in which these two fields that most people think will never meet are coming together.

What’s inside of people’s heads really determines the way they act. It’s really important what’s in your mind.
One of the best things that we could do at this point in time in participating in this consciousness, this shift that’s going on, is just start with yourself. Determine what is it that you are doing on a daily basis to actually not only make a difference in your own life, but make a difference in other people’s lives.
