I’ve decided that if I can only have one place to throw clothes NOT ON THE FLOOR, then that’s okay. Right now it tends to be my spare laundry basket that I actually use FOR LAUNDRY. So I should just accept the fact that I need to have a basket for my clean-ish clothes that I don’t properly put away.

i’m getting back to the gym after several weeks’ absence.
This week:
May 30: 25 mins treadmill, lat pull down (inc weight second set), leg press. Free weights, 7 1/2 and 10 lbs. Planks. Abs. Stretch. 145 lbs.
May 27: 25 mins treadmill, lat pull down, free weights. planks.

Good workout. Ran for a bit on the treadmill. Used 10 lbs. and 7.5 lbs. weights. Felt strong and curvy! 143 1bs.
