Worth doing if you’re really dedicated, otherwise no. Please do learn proper anatomy drawing rather than tracing Dragonball comics.

How I did it: Changed jobs. Found out that my job was holding me back - long hours prevent me from socialising, and the people at work, while nice, just don't "get" me. The job was also shit house, to the point where it was just depressing. I switched jobs and now am happier than ever. I found a very good crowd and we all get along very well. Read how I did it…
How I did it: The first few months was just yo-yoing weight, but finally the old cardio-weights-not eating lard routine worked (funnily enough). It was very slow going because of PCOS and I wasn't terribly gung-ho about it, but hey, I'm under my goal weight (49.5 kg as of last night)! Read how I did it…
I gained 2 kg when I had a back injury, have only just started getting into the weight loss thing again but it’s been quite difficult (PCOS, lack of time etc). I’m doing quite well exercise-wise, at least. 56.5 kg at the moment – want to get down to 52 or 50 kg. I have no interest in being too thin (I’m 157 cm).
I’ve recently moved to a new city and currently only meeting new people from work. I haven’t really met anyone I’ve really clicked with. I’m not really sure where to start.
