I got an iDog that dances to the music on my computer or iPod. He’ll have to do for now since I don’t have the time or money to put into owning a real dog. (Although I spent a few hours looking at petfinder.com last night and really wishing I could go adopt one of the adorable lhasa or shih-tzu mixes.)

Veggie Burgers

Last night I made Veggie Burgers (Pampered Chef recipe). They were pretty good! (Made with beans, onion, salsa, corn, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, 2 egg whites.) I cut one up and put it in my salad for lunch today… and that was even better than it was for dinner last night! Yum! Yay for new, yummy, healthy food.

I went to the gym Monday and Tuesday, full workout both days. I think I’m going to skip today and then go Thursday and Friday. That’ll be my four days since I’m out of town Saturday and Sunday.

I can do it. I can MAKE myself go tomorrow and Friday morning. I know I can. I’ve been good w/the diet this week, too. Veggies, lean proteins, fruit… I’m on a roll. Tonight, though, I’ll be on my butt.
