How I did it: I started working out every day in April, and by the Fourth of July I felt fit enough that I could run a 5k. Of course I didn't run the whole time, but I was just excited to finish! This is something I am constantly finding myself slacking on (no pun intended). I’ll be walking around or sitting at my desk and realize my posture is horrible; so I fix it momentarily until I realize I’m slouching again and fix it again. Crazy! It’s a work in progress!
I think it would be SO awesome to drive across the USA in a van! Even just driving across the country would be the coolest thing. Great idea!
