I live in Los Angeles, and I am ready to leave. Not for the usual reasons: crime, etc. Just tired of the vibe here. Was born and raised here, and I want a change. I started school in June, and I feel up to making further changes in my life.

My six year-old daughter is my main focus now that the other two are grown, and I want her to learn and grow in a better environment. Anyone out there done this? Tell me what it is like to live there.

I am looking into what it will take to get my Bachelor’s degree, in order to advance to the Master’s program at either UCLA or Cal State San Jose. It is a shame that so many of the other universities have dropped Library Science from their curriculum. Raring to go, I am waiting to hear if degrees from online schools will be acceptable to either school. If the answer is yes, then I begin ASAP.
