Have wanted to do this for quite a while 10 months ago

Just got thrown off track a while back when I wanted to take a basic course in C++ and found out that the teacher wouldn’t ever be reachable and in fact not in the same city, the book was unavailable, even as an e-book and the teacher probably had no intention of using it as he was going to skip the basics anyway since he figured anyone signing up for a C++ programming course would know C++ already… WTH? Well thanks! I wasn’t there only to get the credits!

Well I think I should get myself back on track :-)

Healing 10 months ago

After I first came into contact with S&M I started to realize that it could really help me.

Though I’m a rather dominant person and most certainly a switch in the long run I think I really should try getting some sessions now as a submissive.

I need some release and some help to get rid of some emotional baggage and I think some sessions could really help with that. I’m also lucky enough to have someone which could maybe help me with this, which I might have otherwise probably not dared to do..

Too bad I’m not sure the blessed prudes will allow me to write anything here. :-/



Keep a journal
I think this could be a great tool for me 10 months ago

Once I get used to having the journal with me at all times I should be able to keep an activity & exercise log, a food & consumption log, a thought log, a mood log etc. with timestamps which I’ll then enter into the computer to monitor myself and encourage myself to positive action.

It’ll also provide a place for small sketches and stories. I can then sum it up in a small more traditional journal entry at the end of the day.. :-)
